I have just learned that not so long ago, the age of consent in the Vatican, a theocracy, was 12. It was only raised to 18 in 2015. Since the Vatican is a technically a theocracy and Catholic teaching tells us that sodomy is a category of extramarital sex which is considered a mortal sin, what does this tell you about the Catholic Church?
