God had to give the Torah to  a group of people, and it happened to be the Jews because he had to give them to the group most in need of them and this was the the people being led by Moses. There were other tribes other than Jews and the purpose was presumably to show the clear superiority of Judaism compared to other religions. Christianity was derived from Judaism, and Islam - the most advanced version of monotheism - is a synthesis of Judaism and Christianity.

Religion comes from the Latin "religare" meaning to bind. To bind what? To bind society. Religion was the ancient word for social cohesion. Religion is for the purpose of keeping your people apart and together.

There are also those who are such antisemites that they would reject all three Abrahamic faiths because they blame Jews for causing them harm and damage, and become neo-pagans to show their hatred and contempt for Jews, Judaism and the Abrahamic faiths derived from Judaism, so they can return to the supposed purity of a pre-Christian European civilisation free from all Jewish influence.
