Secular political ideologies written by mortal and fallible men last for a significantly shorter time than religions. Even Christianity is coming to an end because the New Testament is written by some guys called Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
The Torah and the Koran are clearly conceptually superior because both are believed by Jews and Muslims to come from God who has divided humanity into Jews and gentiles. The reason for this division is now clear after God has completed His revelation for gentiles through the Koran after His first revelation to Jews through the Torah. While the New Testament is merely hearsay and unreliable at that, the Torah and Koran are believed to be the directly revealed Word of God.
Even if you think the Torah and Koran were written by men pretending to be God, this lie is conceptually superior to the lie of pretending to be the apostles of Jesus who witnessed his sayings and doings. In any case, Jesus did not give gentiles their own laws as the Koran has done. If you wanted a legal basis for your theocracy, the New Testament is clearly inadequate as any basis for the rule of law.
