1. laws punishing murder
2. laws punishing theft
3. laws punishing sexual immorality
4. laws forbidding animal cruelty in the form of eating a part of an animal while it is still alive
5. a court and legal system to enforce and administer the above laws
6. laws forbidding idolatry
7. laws forbidding blasphemy
