Sharia is closer to the US constitution than the divine right of kings Americans rejected

A Christian theocracy would be totalitarian. The Old and New Testament does not mention freedom of belief and it is not a concept known in Mosaic and Roman times. We all know Muhammad was born after the fall of Rome. Christianity is known for its forced conversions, Inquisition and heretic burning.

The Koran guarantees freedom of belief with Quran.com/2/256 and this is what the First Amendment is based on. Therefore sharia is closer to the American constitution than a Christian theocracy.

Patriarchy cannot exist without marriage and theocracy

Patriarchy cannot exist without marriage, and the practice of marriage will not be respected from generation to generation without a theocracy ie a society governed by God's laws.

You don't have to believe in God to understand this, since it is quite easy to understand that all five world religions use the Gold Standard of Marriage as a measure of sexual morality and all secular political ideologies deviate from this.

The West is now a matriarchy and feminists have already equated patriarchy with domestic violence. They now control the terms of the debate and men are now too frightened to challenge this. Men in senior political politicians know that any woman can accuse them of a historic sexual offence to destroy their lives, credibility  and career. They can do this without the corroborating testimony required by Deuteronomy 19:15.

Why theocracy is rational and moral

"Lose morality and you will lose liberty."

https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1083178595357637&extid=qcVqQZbzJlJmwEaI

Putin's pronouncement that liberalism is "obsolete" is also mentioned.

Putin has already declared Liberalism to be "obsolete" and Christianity is clearly kaput, or liberalism would not be "obsolete". Democracy would only work if most voters were wise and we already know they are not. It is now time for God's Chosen People to choose for gentiles a religion most in harmony with the Noahide laws. https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/the-seven-noachide-laws

We need a moral system in which the rules are clear and stay the same from generation to generation. This means theocracy must be the solution because anything that is the creation of a mortal and fallible human will be dismissed and then changed by other humans, and we are now so very tired of our laws changing all the time, are we not?

It is said that the Abrahamic God first revealed the Torah for Jews and the Koran for gentiles after first dividing humanity into Jews and gentiles. Jews have not lived in a theocracy for 2000 years but there remain seven theocracies in the world.

What you must logically and necessarily do if you believe in the Abrahamic God

If you believe in the Abrahamic God then you would logically and necessarily have to obey His laws after knowing He has taken the trouble to reveal them.

When the Catholic Church was the European hegemon, European laws and monarchs were controlled by the Catholic Church until it lost the Wars of the Reformation. But even under Protestantism, Europeans framed their laws according to what they believed the Bible permitted and commanded.

The purpose of God is also to see that the ruler does not exceed the laws set by God and be a check on his power. "Be you ever so mighty, the law is above you" is a universal idea. Emperors of Ancient China were presumed to be given the Mandate of Heaven until it was withdrawn.

But if you believe in the eternal, omnipotent and supreme Abrahamic God who created the Universe and even now controls it, you would have to believe that everything happens for a reason, even bad things. We are being pushed along with a narrative towards a conclusion and this means our suffering has meaning, but it will only have meaning if we make a point of learning from our mistakes.

If you are an atheist, you don't have to believe in God to accept that the Koran containing the rule of law is considered to be most in harmony with the Seven Noahide laws by the rabbis of God's Chosen People.  The Koran is believed by Muslims to be from God and is clearly more efficacious in promoting the rule of law than the New Testament written by mortal and fallible men such as Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. There are no Christian theocracies now accept the Vatican, but Iran under sharia has allowed it to defy the might of America and its allies.

There is no requirement to believe in God to restore the patriarchy, but it helps.

The Khavian Argument for Theocracy and God's existence

The concept of God undeniably exists. God was either created for a purpose by Man or He actually exists. Either way, He has made laws for us to follow and whether we choose to follow them or not is a matter of morality, politics and lifestyle choice. If see the wisdom of His laws, we should follow them, whatever our view of God's existence. Once we have chosen to obey God's laws, we incline to belief. If we choose not to obey His laws, we would incline to disbelief. Our beliefs affect our actions and lifestyle choice.

The utilitarian and teleological Abrahamic Darwinian God

It is the easiest thing to demonstrate the wisdom of laws said to be from the Abrahamic God.

Once this wisdom is demonstrated and accepted, one will be led towards the logic of obeying them.

Once we accept the logic of obeying them, we would have to accept the utility of believing in God's actual existence to keep our society obeying these laws from generation to generation in order to avoid the pain of having to relearn the painful lessons of human nature over and over again.

Why the law under liberalism is an ass

The law under liberalism is an ass, but why doesn't Christianity protect Western nations from gay marriage? Because it is kaput. Can any society survive without practising marriage and family values? The fact is that a matriarchy is a society whose members mostly do not practise marriage. All advanced civilisations are patriarchies, and all primitive, declining, extinct or soon to be extinct societies are matriarchies. If matriarchy is the problem, then patriarchy must be the solution. If patriarchy is the destination, then theocracy must be the vehicle. The kind of theocracy to choose would be one based in divinely revealed scripture eg the Torah or the Koran, because everything else is changeable or would fall out of fashion. Both Jews and Muslims are agreed that Christians are idolatrous because they worship an executed revolutionary as the co-equal of the supreme and eternal Abrahamic God.

Since the West became great as a Christian nation practising patriarchal moral values, it is time to consider its replacement, because no society can survive without a religion to bind its members together.  Religion comes from the Latin "religare", which means "to bind". Religion is therefore the means that will obtain your society social cohesion and the building blocks of a stable society are families in which both husband and wife live together rearing their children in a loving relationship. The golden thread that runs through all the five world religions is respect for the practice of marriage and family values. Christianity no longer maintains the minimum standard of sexual morality that makes couples marry before they have children. The link between criminality and illegitimacy has been well-established over the ages.

If you believed in the Abrahamic God, you would find it easy to accept that Christians would be cursed by God for practising the idolatry He has specifically and explicitly forbidden in His Ten Commandments for 2000 years without showing any signs of remorse.

Even if you did not believe in God, you should be able to see how idolatry leads to self-worship because idolatry implicitly rejects the rule of God's laws found in the Torah or the Koran. Self-worship would lead ineluctably to self-destruction, which was what happened to Narcissus. It is not for nothing that a mental disorder was named after him. How long could any civilisation survive if both the governed (who will soon become ungovernable) and their government suffered from Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

The point is that practising idolatry means that we eventually fall into self-worship and therefore what happened to Narcissus will also happen to us and our civilisation if we reject Truth, Logic and Morality in favour of our own emotional, irrational and immoral nihilistic preferences.

Why theocracy is the strongest and most stable form of the rule of law

  1. Because avoiding sexual immorality should not be optional and should have the law's support
  2. Because a law is more likely to be obeyed if it punishes forbidden behaviour
  3. Because a law is more likely to be obeyed if the forbidden behaviour is generally agreed to be immoral
  4. Because a law is more likely to be obeyed if it is all of the above and believed to be from the most powerful entity conceivable whose wisdom affirms an obvious universal and eternal truth from generation to generation
  5. Because it would dispense with the need to relearn the lessons of history and biology, of nature and nurture over and over again

Is Rabbi David Bar-Hayim a Zionist?

1) If God exists, surely He would expect Israel to be a theocracy?

2) How can Israel expect God's blessing if it does not follow His laws and is the mere colonial outpost of a corrupt, oppressive and declining empire?

3) What is Rabbi Bar-Hayim's view of Rabbi Kahane, the only rabbi known for advocating a Torah theocracy for Israel?

4) If Israel is to be a theocracy, should it be a Torah theocracy or sharia theocracy?

5) Would Israel being a  theocracy mollify its Muslims neighbours as well as being good for the character of Israeli Jews?

6) If Israel became a theocracy, would this not persuade Western countries to become a theocracies too?

7) If America became a theocracy, would this not be better for Americans as well as the peoples in its empire?

8) A Torah theocracy would be too difficult and harsh even for Jews so shouldn't the lower standard of sharia should be adopted for Israel?

Why an atheist might support a theocracy

The advantages of a theocracy even for the atheist is that he would be more likely to enjoy a stable family life, a lower crime rate and lower taxes as well as a government that actually defends the national interest. The disadvantage is that he would have to have his choice of sex partners severely curtailed.

The Arab-Israeli dialogue that would lead to peace in the Middle East

http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=17&verse=104

Sahih International: And We said after Pharaoh to the Children of Israel, "Dwell in the land, and when there comes the promise of the Hereafter, We will bring you forth in [one] gathering."

Pickthall: And We said unto the Children of Israel after him: Dwell in the land; but when the promise of the Hereafter cometh to pass We shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations.

Yusuf Ali: And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel, "Dwell securely in the land (of promise)": but when the second of the warnings came to pass, We gathered you together in a mingled crowd.

Shakir: And We said to the Israelites after him: Dwell in the land: and when the promise of the next life shall come to pass, we will bring you both together in judgment.

Muhammad Sarwar: We told the Israelites after this to settle in the land until Our second promise will come true. We would then gather them all together (on the Day of Judgment).

Mohsin Khan: And We said to the Children of Israel after him: "Dwell in the land, then, when the final and the last promise comes near [i.e. the Day of Resurrection or the descent of Christ ['Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) on the earth]. We shall bring you altogether as mixed crowd (gathered out of various nations).[Tafsir Al-Qurtubi, Vol. 10, Page 338]

Arberry: And We said to the Children of Israel after him, 'Dwell in the land; and when the promise of the world to come comes to pass, We shall bring you a rabble.'

Israeli Jewish leader [pointing to 17:104 of the Koran]:

Don't you think you had better allow us the peaceful enjoyment of our land since your Koran is Zionist too? Even Allah has decreed that Jews should live in Israel! Surely it is forbidden for Muslims to forbid what God has allowed!

Arab Muslim leader:

I suppose we cannot quarrel with the Koran, it being God's Word and all, but it is obvious that Israel of all the countries in the world must be theocracy. Currently, you are nothing but a filthy colonial outpost of an evil and declining empire still bent on inflicting Global Gay Marriage before it breathes its last after turning our Global Village into Sodom and Gomorrah and causing it to suffer the same fate. It is a religious obligation of Muslims to enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, don't you know.  http://corpus.quran.com/translation.jsp?chapter=3&verse=114

Israeli Jewish leader:

OK, we will stop all that nonsense and become a Torah theocracy and a Jewish ethno-state as long as you promise not to attack us any more and allow us the peaceful enjoyment of all the territories we have so far managed to acquire.

Arab Muslim leader:

Done!

Both sides keep their promises and the Jews and Muslims become good neighbours, looking in on each other and dropping in on each other for cups of tea and even borrowing cups of sugar from each other from time to time time.

Finally, the Muslims become concerned about the Jews stoning each other over every little thing. They thought it was a dreadful thing that Jews could not go shopping on a Saturday, open their shops, drive to shul or even switch on the light without incurring the penalty of being dragged outside their city gates and then being stoned to death.

Also, although the Muslims disapproved of drunkenness, they thought it was a bit strict that disobedient sons who were drunkards were also dragged outside the city gates and stoned to death.

The Muslims learned of all the capital crimes in Israel that were not capital crimes in their country and thought it really was all a bit too much.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stoning#Judaism

So one day, they finally decided to raise the subject with the Jews and said:

You know, you don't have to stone each other for breaking the Sabbath. If you adopt sharia, you won't have to end up stoning those who break Sabbath and your disobedient sons who are drunkards. The idea of you stoning each other over matters we would consider not offences at all distresses us extremely and we were wondering if you could just consider our suggestion, if you wouldn't mind. It has been said that Islam is 'Judaism Lite' and we even know of something called Secular Koranism, conceived of by one Claire Khaw - a very kind, nice and wise lady - which is intended to be 'Islam Lite. Either way you would still be a theocracy, you see, and that is the main thing really, as far as God is concerned.

Jews:

Why didn't you say so before!

Israel should be a theocracy

Rabbi David Bar-Hayim:

The absolute basic assumption of Torah Judaism is that the Jewish people received the Torah and that Torah is the foundation and the source from which all of Jewish civilisation, culture, life and meaning flow, and, according to that culture, civilisation based on their Torah, the Jewish people are supposed to be a sovereign nation in their land living according to the precepts, concepts and commandments of the Torah, and by so doing they will be a light to the nations. That is the absolute bedrock of Torah Judaism.
