If it is the conclusion of rabbis who want to end lockdown that Christianity is the least Noahide but Islam the most Noahide, should they put political and Christian leaders of the West on notice of this eg by writing to the US President, the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Patriarchs of the Orthodox Church, the UK Prime Minister and other Western nations with an established church? 
48. If rabbis are presuming to tell gentiles - from righteous to Amalek - what to do, should Israel itself be a theocracy and be light unto the nations as God's Chosen People?
49. Should a Register of Jews be kept by rabbis to ensure that only observant, halachic and righteous Jews can be called Jews?
50. Since it is not practicable for Jews to perform their continuing duty of exterminating the Amalek - presumably gentiles who want to flout the Noahide laws - would it not be more sensible for them to outsource this job to Islam which would deal with them fairly, firmly and effectively?

Yes. There is no other divine revelation for gentiles from the Abrahamic God who divided humanity into Jews and gentiles having first revealed the Torah to Jews and then the Koran to gentiles. The Koran guarantees freedom of belief with quran.com/2/256 so it would be unIslamic to forcibly convert anyone to Islam.

How would shura/consultation solve the problem of lockdown?

The government would consult business organisations and trade unions about whether to lift lockdown, businesses and trade unions would consult their members, members would vote on it, and if both employers and employees agree to lift lockdown, it would be lifted. Can't say fairer than that, can you?

Identifying and dividing the enemy in the pandemic

You are either in favour of lockdown or you are not.

Who are the people in favour of lockdown?

Who are the people who never wanted lockdown?

The men who pander to immoral and parasitical women should be ignored as feminised, infantilised, irresponsible and of weak character. Only masculine principled men who are married fathers eg Lord Sumption are only fit to have their views heard since they are men who are invested in properly parenting their legitimate offspring. This is how it should be put to people who wish to organise themselves against lockdown totalitarianism. There is no danger of the human race dying out because of the pandemic. It tends to be the parasites, atheists, nihilists and the welfare-dependent who demand to be protected from the virus at all costs. Nihilists tend not to be married parents nor do they care about what happens to their society after they are dead. 

Is lockdown our opportunity to defenestrate the matriarchy and restore the patriarchy?

"All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way." Do all civilisations rise in the same way and fall in a different way? But it seems to me that they rise in virtue ie patriarchy and fall in effeminacy ie matriarchy.

Patriarchy is a society that prioritises the preferences of married fathers, matriarchy a society that prioritises the preferences of unmarried mothers who casually conceived and parented their illegitimate offspring.

Are we not obliged to choose the lesser evil if we are rational and moral human beings?

Is there no one prepared to discuss these matters even though they call themselves philosophers, rabbis or religious leaders?

The West is now suffering from a crisis in masculinity - a state of mind prepared to defend patriarchal moral values. In general, it can be said that women are content with lockdown while men are going crazy with cabin fever. Is now the time for feminism to be debunked when men and women react so differently to the same thing?

The cause of effeminacy is sexual liberation. Men will do anything for sex, including become women. They will also yield like women if submitting to immoral women gives them access to sex when previously they were warriors. It is now time to ask ourselves how civilisations fall.
