Three questions on the Noahide laws for Rabbi Yehoshua Friedman

  1. If it is indeed the case that God made Jews His Chosen People to properly teach the Noahide laws to gentiles as their religious obligation of tikkun olam, should Jews expect divine punishment after having neglected this duty for centuries and still currently showing no signs of wanting to rectify this omission?
  2. Aren't Jews supposed to be teaching properly the Noahide laws?
  3. How successfully can they be said to have done this since the past three global empires have been Christian?
