The answer is that they are not supposed to engage in political activism if that would in any way cause their absolute monarch displeasure which could end in them being burned at the stake until one by one the Christian kingdoms of Christendom gave way to constitutional monarchy limiting the power of the king. George III was technically a constitutional monarch but that was not good enough for the Founding Fathers who rightly saw that only a constitutional republic would protect the "unalienable rights" of the American people conferred on them by Allah as stated in quran.com/2/256 which is authority for the proposition that Allah supports the First Amendment and has given us all the free will to deny His existence. quran.com/17/111 is also authority for the proposition that Allah requires no protector against blasphemy. Indeed the Koran does not mention blasphemy at all.
Scott is American but for understandable reasons, does not want to generate too much controversy if he wants to remain Christian. And so he must take the position that political activism is futile and would only lead to tyranny, even though he is a citizen of the American Republic whose Founding Fathers engaged in successful political activism and founded their Proposition Nation which I argue is foundationally Islamic.

We need to prioritise our objectives. Unfortunately, many married fathers like Scott with leadership qualities refuse to engage in political activism or even discussion because he fears the consequences of so doing. All I would like him to do is understand and accept that Christianity was established by the Roman Empire to defend the divine right of kings and has utterly failed to do so because Christendom ended in 1918.
For this reason alone, it should be abandoned, but there are others such as the repose of the immortal souls of people currently identifying as Christian if Christianity is indeed idolatry making it the unforgivable sin of associating partnes with God, as stated in the Koran.
