I have a feeling that my appeal will be rejected whatever I say - and I do say that I cannot see how I have incited hatred or violence against anyone in this video. I suspect that my so-called hate speech infringement is no more than the mentioning the name of Alison Chabloz, a woman currently in prison on a trumped-up charge of posting "grossly offensive material" which did not amount to Holocaust Denial in a country that does not have any laws against Holocaust Denial nor forbid the expression of political views even if they are considered to be offensive if they do not amount to inciting violence and crime against an individual or a group.
