Are all secular Jews by definition unrighteous?
Not if they subscribe to the Noahide laws and agree that Orthodox rabbis should rank the four gentile religions according to their conformity with the Noahide laws.
Once this is done, gentiles aspiring to be righteous would support the imposition of Secular Koranism in their righteous gentile nations and Jews in Israel would adopt Secular Koranism with Israeli Characteristics.
