Orthodox Jews work on the basis of that suffering is punishment for sin.
If you want to stop suffering, stop sinning.
To stop sinning, ask yourself if your religion is the most Noahide gentile religion.
If not, adopt it.
If you are already under sharia, go through the list of the Commandments of Allah and check if you are obeying them properly or at all.
if you are not obeying them properly or at all, correct yourself.
If you are a Westerner, you are most probably Christian or Post-Christian making you a member of the least Noahide gentile religion. As we already know, Christo-Liberalism is satanic if you define Satan as rebellion from God through deliberate disobedience to His laws.
Since most Westerners either consciously or subconsciously support Christo-Liberalism, they are the weakest link to patriarchy which all the five world religions are supposed to support.
The closer you are to the policies of Sodom and Gomorrah, the closer you are to being Amalek and the further you are from being a righteous gentile nation.
The supreme and eternal Abrahamic God has created a Universe in which the sin is its own punishment.
